kopiosatu SG june. then considering another one in july / august but not to bkk. i shall start my exercise at 4pm, like RT training timing.should i have anything to makan? my last meal was 15hrs ago.supposed to tahan till at least 16hrs, but i think my stomach getting smaller... i lasted 24hrs just from 3pc KFC meal
